Gretchen and her team helped us sell our home in less than a week! We were in the process of building a home and had been unsure about the best time to list our current home. Gretchen gave us great advice that created peace of mind. Prior to listing the home, her photographer created pictures that well exceeded our expectations. She also pulled in a staging company that helped maximize each space. After going under contract, she managed the negotiation professionally and made everything so easy for us! I believe that part of the negotiation happened while she was on vacation with her family. As we were approaching closing, she brought in an incredible handyman that completed the work without us having to take days off. One of her teammates, Kelsey, was always on top of items needed and willing to come pick up things so we weren’t pulled out of work. All in all, I can’t say enough great things about her patience, advice, and accessibility. All of those things are super important when selling a home.
