Karen White (on Gretchen’s team) is an excellent person to work with. We’ve never dealt with anyone quite so client-focused before. She was with us from the very beginning of the home search, when we were nearly 3,000 miles away; and she was there all the way through our closing date — and beyond. She found some great listings that we did not see through the web-based tools. We were driving from home to home, she literally spent nearly three whole days in a row with us, bringing snack foods to keep us all going during the marathon search. During that time, she offered all kinds of valuable information for when we moved here. As we narrowed down our search, she offered a lot of thoughtful, objective advice without trying to sway us in one direction or another. She was in our corner while we negotiated price. When the seller (a developer) did not immediately follow up on their promises, she was right there moving them forward. Everything she did felt like it was in our best interest. She’s the perfect embodiment of what a realtor should be, and we’d highly recommend her to anyone.
